The store is immaculate, the customer service is pretty good, the only problem is that the store doesn't apply discounts that are available online. So if you want to save some money you know what to do.

Great service and quality . Robert take care of me and my wife , while looking for a sectional sofa for our livingroom . He helped us a lot to choose the right one . We had a really good experience at this furniture store! Barbara was the kind saleslady that helped us choose things out and although we took a while to decide, I believe more than an hour, she stayed with us helping every step of the way. We eneded up buying two bedroom sets! Very excited! Pleased with the customer service experience!

Everything was very beautiful and high end quality but the star of the show was definitely our seller, Jennifer. She truly enhanced our experience by having patience with us, showcasing the different variations of furniture and most importantly, making the sales process smooth by keeping us informed at all times and answering all of our questions. I’m feeling ecstatic and can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive.

Wish I could give them zero stars. They delivered the wrong size parts for the bed I purchased from there. When I called to let them know, they acted as if it wasn’t their problem and basically told me they’d get me another part brought to me in a few days (after I have already left town). I’m visiting and did not have a car to go pick up the replacement. They’ve given me the run around and have not been helpful at all to fix their mistake. Do not shop here.
